 7/15/25 - Q. For the Fire Station 50 Roof Replacement (Rebid) I am not seeing the bid bond form within the bid package, can we just use a standard surety form? Also, It says in the bid solicitation still that the bid is due July 7, 2025 but the notice to contractors' states tomorrow, July 16^th 2025

A. I believe you are referencing that "Exhibit A" to the contract includes the bid solicitation deadline as July 7, 2025.  That is an oversight on our part and you are correct that the deadline is noon tomorrow, Wednesday, July 16.  Also, as noted in the bid solicitation on our website, which has Q&As from the previous bid solicitation, contractors should submit their own bid bond form.
