Personnel Bio:
Rick has had the privilege of serving his community for over 25 yrs, having joined as a volunteer in 1982. He was appointed to Captain in 1996 and is the district's prevention and training officer. Rick is an avid wakeboarder and snowboarder and enjoys sailing his 25’ sailboat with his wife and family
