Gerald is an active member of the Board of Directors where he was chairman for 3 years. He is retired from the California Highway Patrol after 31 years of service, where he served as a Captain/Commander. He has also been a background investigator for the Lake County Sheriff Department since 1995. He is married to his wife Fran.
